For a few weeks the screenaver works properly on my Win7 64bit system, now i have the same problems like gagovega has.

only the default background folder is supported (only the backgrounds in the landscapes-folder (C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper\Landscapes) are supported). I can copy some pictures in this folder and it stills work,

BUT
If I change the folder or choose a single file and try to save and exit the changes metro clock has an error and windows close metro clock.

some ideas?

if it exit when you are saving settings it might be problem with permissions to access settings.xml file

that's strange, have you extracted MetroClock folder to same folder that Metro Clock.scr is in?

if you have all files that are needed by metro clock might be a problem with wallpaper that is selected
